Community Champions

Many families in our community are facing real and urgent needs—but it can be hard to know how to help. That’s where Community Champions come in. Through our care-sharing platform, CarePortal, child welfare workers and school partners submit vetted requests, and local individuals, businesses, and organizations step up to meet them.

By becoming a Community Champion, you’ll:

  • Directly support local children and families in crisis
  • See the tangible impact of your generosity
